Almost half of them were halfway open so most of the bubble liquid had leaked out.As advertised. Great value. Only complaint is some of them leaked. They were in plastic so it didn't get everywhere but almost every pack had some leakage.Loved them worked great for my daughter's goodie bagsSome came leaking. Students had a hard time opening them. The top easily broke off while they were trying to open them.Quite a few had leaked in the box, with a couple being completely empty. I still had enough for what I needed so it was fine.What else is there to say? It's hard enough making fussy day care gifts for toddlers without having to individually clean off 30 little bubble wands and push the caps back down. Will not be buying from these guys again.These are garbage. They leaked all over the package and made it a sticky disgusting mess. I tried to find ones that weren’t leaking to tighten them well enough to use in party favor bags, but they are so junky and leaky (not to mention cheap-looking) that I ended up throwing them all away. Total waste.We bought these as a no food choice for Valentine’s Day. They arrived leaking and a sticky mess. I would NOT recommend these.
